Challenge
The meeting ends and the decisions stay in the chat. Writing minutes by hand is extra work, ownership gets lost in voice messages, and history ends up scattered. DualB had to turn spoken Uzbek into notes that are easy to find later, while keeping the user in control.
Solution
We built the Telegram bot, Mini App, speech-to-text service and admin panel as one platform. Users send a voice message, record in the Mini App or upload an audio file. Notes follow templates such as meeting, lesson, interview and report, and external actions run only after the user confirms them.
Results
- A voice message or audio file becomes a transcript, tasks and an organized knowledge note.
- Notes are kept in history and folders, and export to Markdown, PDF and Word.
- The product is in closed beta, with access through the Telegram bot and Mini App.
